What types of accommodation can I book?

How can I find out the hotel’s rates and availability?

You can visit our website, select your dates and then click “Book” to see the rooms available and all the associated rates.
You can also contact us by telephone from Monday to Sunday between 7.30am and 10pm.
When you book via our website or by telephone, we guarantee you the best price of the day across all platforms.

How do I make a group reservation?

Please contact us about your group request by telephone, or by email at commercial@lewhite.ch .

I haven’t received a confirmation email following my booking. How do you get one?

After checking your junk mail, if you still haven’t received a confirmation email for your reservation, please contact the hotel to check that your booking has been received.

Will I be debited if I enter my bank details when booking?

When you make a reservation, your bank details are used to guarantee your stay. You may be charged:
– If you are on a promotional rate and/or special terms
– If you are a no-show at the hotel
To guarantee your security and ensure greater confidentiality, our website uses the SSL encryption protocol. When data is transferred over the internet, the information entered in the various forms is automatically encrypted.
The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system automatically encodes data before it is transmitted over the internet. It will only be decoded once it arrives on our server.

Where can I find information about cancellations?

You can check the cancellation terms when you book online. Depending on the rate booked, specific cancellation terms may apply. Once you have made your booking, check these terms in your booking email.

I’ll be arriving very early or very late. How do I check in?

Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm.
Outside these times, please contact us directly to arrange your arrival.

During your stay:

How do I get to the hotel?

The hotel is easily accessible by car, bus or train.
Champéry train station is 200 metres away and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
From Geneva Airport, you can reach the hotel by taxi, public bus or train.

Where can I park my car?

Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel during your stay. Parking is free. As the number of spaces is limited, they cannot be reserved.
Parking is also available nearby.

Is smoking permitted in the hotel?

The hotel is entirely non-smoking (including public areas but excluding terrace, balconies and rooftop).
Smoking in a hotel room or through a window will incur a cleaning charge of CHF 100.

Are pets allowed?

We do not accept pets on our premises.

Are the rooms cleaned during your stay?

Your room will be cleaned between 10am and 4pm. If you would like this service to be carried out at a more specific time, please let us know.

Do the rooms have safes?

All our rooms have a safe protected by a secret code. Please leave valuable personal belongings in the safe when you leave your room.

Does the hotel have a restaurant?

Since 9 August 2022, the Le 42 restaurant has been offering a warm welcome and seasonal bistronomic cuisine.
A snack and room service menu is also available until 9.30pm every day. Do you offer gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan alternatives?
We do our utmost to offer a varied choice accessible to all. Just ask our team!

Is breakfast included in the price?

Depending on the package chosen, breakfast may be included or extra. If you choose to add breakfast as an extra, you will be charged CHF 25 per person. Breakfast can be eaten either at the buffet (hot and cold continental buffet including many local specialities and English breakfast) or via room service on request (to be booked the day before, cold continental tray).
Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 10.30am.

Can a cot be added to the bedroom?

We have cots, changing mats, baths and nappy bins available at reception and on request.
For greater comfort, please inform us of your request when you make your reservation so we can set up your room prior to your arrival.
There are no additional room charges for children under 3.

Is there free access to the wellness area?

Since the pandemic, and for your comfort, we have made the wellness area available for private use for 25-minute periods (or longer depending on availability), bookable at reception.

What other services does the hotel offer?

Free unlimited Wi-Fi (rooms and public areas) / TV in all rooms / Massage room (extra charge) / Ski room – secure bike storage / Free access to board games / Bar / Terrace / Rooftop – sunbathing area facing the Dents du Midi.
Celebrating special events: We can help you create a special atmosphere (romantic, anniversary…) to make your stay unique.

I have a complaint to make during my stay. What do I do?

We are sorry that your stay did not live up to your expectations. If you have any complaints, please contact our on-site team so that we can quickly find a solution that will enable you to make the most of your stay.

How do I access the Portes du Soleil ski area?

In season, buses, shuttles and the little train just 70 metres from the hotel run regularly to take you to the cable car, which carries you to the foot of the slopes in just a few minutes.
A car park located opposite the gondola is just a two-minute drive away.

It takes about 15 minutes to reach the cable car on foot.

Is Le White close to the centre (Champéry)?

Le White is located at the entrance to the village of Champéry, 500 metres from the village centre.
